    离开上海前总算去了FOOD版大热寿司店

    宝寿司在三星麻辣烫旁边,门面大概就跟一条街上的茶风暴差不多大,收拾得很干净,墙上钉着很多订单,几点某某某什么东西这一类的。老板一个人既是厨师又是伙计,脸圆圆的,还戴着一副圆圆的眼镜,说话比较慢。老板娘很瘦小很青春,声音很温柔。其实该店是可以容纳两个人堂吃的,只是现在生意太好,堂吃时身后全是排队的,那一张张青春的脸,好像脑门上就是“90后”的标签。
     
    为什么我有空观察这些无聊的东西,因为等寿司做好实在不是一个很短的过程。
    追忆了一下在FDU的峥嵘岁月,了解了一下大变的今日格局,八卦了一下众研究僧同学,跟老板搭了搭讪,寿司总算好了。
    如果早几年开店,我估计就不会在罗森吃那么多海苔米饭团了。除了等待的时间略长,味道、食材新鲜度、性价比以及老板的态度都是值得称道的,不枉我上飞机前一天急吼吼跑过去,又在狭小的店堂里等那么久。
     
    其实也很奇怪为什么号称从业17年的老板要到大学旁边来开这家店,与三星麻辣烫之类的为伍。也许真的就是出于一个纯真的愿望而已。
    可是我觉得吧,老板手脚再快,也快不过门口排队人的嘴,快不过排山倒海的饥饿感。质量跟速度不知道能不能并重。
     
    无论如何,希望rotation结束的时候,还能再去吃一次,和2022,2023一起。
